Are there any Hidden Costs?

NO! We have built the system to let you know what the costs of using this service are upfront. There are no hidden costs.

What do you mean by unlimited minutes?

Unlimited means normal use. Normal use has been averaged to be around 2000 minutes per month. That doesn't mean that if you use 2001 minutes you will receive a bill. Anyone abusing the system will be contacted before any action is taken. We are committed to keeping the costs down, and someone intentionally abusing the system risks go800go being able to maintain our low prices.

Who owns the toll free number?

Technically speaking, nobody owns the numbers. go800go leases the numbers, and provides them to you as part of the service. The number you are provided can be taken with you to a new provider, if you cancel your toll free service. Just submit a support ticket requsting that your number is ported to a different provider.

Can I transfer my existing number to go800go?

Yes we can. Please email support@go800go.com with your existing phone number and contact information for your provider. We will contact them and initiate the transfer. You will have to verify the request with the original provider to complete the trans

I want to cancel my service, can I keep my number?

Yes you can. Email support@go800go.com with 'Port my Number' in the subject line. In the body of the email, include the new provider's contact information. We will work with the new provider to transfer the number as quickly as possible. There is a small fee associated with transferring the number.

How many people do I have to refer to get my number for free?

If you personally refer 5 people, you would earn $53 in commissions. That will pay for your service and pay you $3.05 in profit.

What do you mean by 16 concurrent connections?

You have 16 lines dedicated to your toll free number. That means if 16 people call you at the same time, all 16 calls are answered by your go800go service.

I saw someone else offering similar prices, why should I chose go800go?

Ask them a couple of questions.
1. How many concurrent connections do they offer. Most of them only offer 1.
2. Do they charge anything for transferred calls? Most do.
3. Do they offer an affiliate program? Most only offer you the opportunity to get your line for free. They won't actually pay you to refer other.

What countries does the service work in?

Any country that no country code prefix is required to dial the U.S. (U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico...). Other countries can call your toll free number, but an international connection fee may be charged by  the callers phone carrier.

How does the spillover work?

Spillover is actually pretty easy. The way the system is set up, any new customer/affiliate goes into the next available spot in the matrix, under whoever referred them.

When are commissions paid?

Commissions are calculated on the 5th of each month. Checks are mailed on the 10th.

How old do I have to be to be an affiliate?

18 Years old.

Do I have to provide my SSN?

If you want to be an affiliate, you must provide some type of tax number. Since we are obligated to report commissions to the IRS, we must have a tax id number on file. You can choose to provide your SSN, ITIN, or EIN. If you don't know what an ITIN or EIN number are, consider googling the acronyms.
